GPS Insulators d.o.o. specializes in the supply of insulators and equipment for high-voltage networks. Founded 35 years ago, the company now works with Elektromreža Srbije, Elektrodistribucija Srbije and a number of renowned contractors on infrastructure projects.
We have supplied more than 2.1 million insulators and associated equipment for over 100 projects, the largest being the 400 kV Bajina Bašta–Obrenovac overhead line with 101,000 insulators.
GPS stands for more than Glass, Porcelain and Silicone—it means that we have the technical expertise, standardized documentation and an accredited laboratory for each of these materials, verifying compliance before products leave our warehouse.

From 1990 to Today — Three and a Half Decades in the Power Industry
GPS Insulators was founded in Belgrade in 1990.
During its early years, the company focused on developing and manufacturing the U 40 C glass insulator for medium-voltage networks.
During the 2000s, we built long-term partnerships with EMS, EPS and EDS, the three most demanding clients in Serbia’s power industry.
Working with these companies is more than business; it is a daily confirmation and demonstration of quality and technical responsibility.
Today, GPS works with all key global insulator manufacturers, participates in the exchange of knowledge and experience, and continuously develops its own manufacturing capabilities, including all required testing.
The next step is expansion into regional and global markets.
