GPS Insulators is a team of engineers who examine each project’s technical requirements, select the right product for the specific conditions and take responsibility for every step from quotation to delivery. Our customers receive more than products. They receive technical documentation, testing by an accredited laboratory and full legal and technical accountability.

We work with public utilities where every delivery must pass a formal quality test before being placed into the distribution network. Our responsibility is reflected in a commitment that leaves no room for errors or project delays.

GPS Insulators was founded in Belgrade in 1990.
During its early years, the company focused on developing and manufacturing the U 40 C glass insulator for medium-voltage networks.

During the 2000s, we built long-term partnerships with EMS, EPS and EDS, the three most demanding clients in Serbia’s power industry.
Working with these companies is more than business; it is a daily confirmation and demonstration of quality and technical responsibility.

Today, GPS works with all key global insulator manufacturers, participates in the exchange of knowledge and experience, and continuously develops its own manufacturing capabilities, including all required testing.

The next step is expansion into regional and global markets.

Founder Marjan Vujović began this journey in the early 1990s, relying on his engineering expertise and willingness to take risks during a period of major economic and social challenges.

Today, GPS Insulators is a family-owned company that has grown together with its team—from its first steps and strategic shift toward the power industry to its position as a trusted industry partner. The experience gained through manufacturing development, quality control and work on complex projects now forms the foundation of our engineering approach.

The company now brings together a team of professionals whose knowledge and dedication continue to advance the system of values on which everything was built. As part of a natural generational transition, Marko Vujović is taking over the company’s leadership while preserving its family principles and continuing to develop a modern, technologically advanced business.
