Reliability proven for more than 40 years.

The Minel Disconnectors brand, founded in 1979 in Novi Pazar, has been synonymous with reliability in electrical power equipment for decades. Its products have been installed in everything from local distribution networks to complex high-voltage systems, where operational stability is critical.

At a time when many industrial names disappeared, Minel maintained continuity of production and the market’s trust.

With the brand’s acquisition by GPS Insulators, Minel Disconnectors is entering a new phase—with a clear objective: to preserve the quality for which it is known while advancing technology, manufacturing and quality control.

This acquisition combines tradition with a modern approach—where experience becomes the foundation for further development.

What sets Minel products apart is their combination of robustness and precision. Designed to operate in demanding conditions, including the extreme climate of the Balkans, these systems ensure the long-term reliability of electrical power infrastructure.

A particularly important part of the portfolio is the range of medium-voltage pantograph disconnectors, which has made this one of the few manufacturers in Europe with experience in demanding industrial and railway systems.
